Navigraph charts World Map not opening

Hello, when I start Navigraph Charts no WorldMap is visible? High and Low Enroute are working.
Also when I try to update within the Navigraph Charts - Update function is not working. It recognize a new version - in the moment I am using version 7.1.33 - when I click update he download and stops with message “Error when updating”.

Could you please help, thanks in advance
