Navigraph charts in game panel is unresponsive

every time i use the in game panel it stops working after about 3-5 mins with MSFS 2024. i have uninstalled and re-installed the software multiple times. i am on latest nvidia drivers and i am using 7950x3d with 4090. sometimes it will start responding to me after 20 or 30 mins. at this point it is unusable and i just want to figure out to troubleshoot issue. any suggestions?

Have you tried using Charts from the MSFS 2024 EFB menu?

I have used it from EFB, panel, i also tried it from Sky4sim. All do the same thing. honestly it not even usable. today tried it and it was stuck with no response from the get go.

Does this occur for Charts (Desktop or Cloud) outside the simulator ?

  • Please confirm you are running MSFS 2024 SU4 (V 1.6.34.0)
  • Disable any Antivirus/firewall, VPN as a test
  • Try rolling back to earlier NVIDIA drivers.
  • Try resetting your router
  • Try connecting to the internet via a mobile hotspot.
