Navigraph Authentication failure

Good Day

Trust you are well? Every time I install a new aircraft in MSFS 2020 or 2024 and I try using simbrief it takes me to the Navigraph open external browser on the tablet there is a authentication code above the open external browser button When i click the open browser button it then opens up Navigraph authentication page prompting me to enter the authentication code that is displayed on the tablet, When I enter the code I get a authentication failed return to your application and try again message, When I try to enter the code sent to my email account the same thing happens I get a authentication failed return to your application and try again message, I then receive another new code in my email and this continues in a loop trying to authenticate the account. This is so frustrating. Why does this have to be so complicated??

The attached pictures show two codes: one you seemingly received by email (to log into your Navigraph account), and one from the in-sim tablet (to link the tablet to your Navigraph account).

The “access you account” page in the third screenshot is requesting the email code, and you are entering the tablet code instead.

Hi Tim yes so when i enter the code from the tablet it says authentication failed and then says please enter the code from the email wich i do and the authentication fails again and i then recieve a new code via email and again it fails so its in a loop
