Navigraph and SimBrief Usernames

I have a related question.
My username shows as jrhelly. Can I change this ? I can’t find an option in the settings.

In order to change your username, please visit our website https://navigraph.com and sign in to your account (top right corner), then click on “Profile” from the menu bar.

From there you can edit your username.

This doesn’t seem to work. See below. I changed my Alias to JRKingofBeer but the change isn’t reflected in the forum.

Navigraph username updates can take up to 1 hour to propagate to other apps, such as the forum and SimBrief.

I believe you can force it to update quicker if you sign out and sign back in to the forum/SimBrief.

In the SimBrief account settings, the username you should enter into add-ons is the one in the Navigraph section. The “Original Username” is left over from pre-2021 accounts and for info only. We will improve this page to reduce confusion in the next update.
