After installing Navigraph AIRAC, PBB does not work at RJCC (New Chitose Airport)
Occurs regardless of the presence or absence of RJCC scenery.
It happens even in the default state of MSFS2020

Hm, you wrote this happens with or without the 3rd party scenery and also with or without the installed AIRACs right? Do I understood you correctly here?
I ask because I have no clue what the navdata should have todo with PBBs … also, when this happens with or without a 3rd party scenery and with or without our data installed. Then I guess more a scenery issue or a MSFS issue - no idea, sorry.

Default state of MSFS2020
If AIRAC is installed in this state, the RJCC passenger boarding bridge will not work.
Passenger boarding bridge works fine after uninstalling AIRAC
