I’ve been Ultimate plan subscriber for over three years and wanted to explore the option of navdata only subscription after I’ve been made aware of it. However I could not find the option in your products page Navigraph or pricing page Navigraph.
After further research on this forum I’ve seen this option is only available via the account dashboard, but I could not find the option mentioned by your staff in said topic, as this highlighted option is invisible if you have existing active subscription and only appears after its expiration as seen below.
I’m sure this is just an site design oversight and not intended behavior as this would most likely not comply with EU consumer protection laws or at the very least, follow fair business practices I would expect from a very reputable company such as yours.
