NAVDATA Not in data base

Hello, I’ve just updated new NAVDATA with my FS2020.

The IDENT Page says NAVDATA is AIRAC-2509 SEP04OCT02/25, however when I tried to enter REF Airport in POS INIT or ORIGIN/Destination with 4 letter ICAO code, there’s “NOT IN DATA BASE” FMS Error message. (The screenshots are also attached)

It has just happened after new NAVDATA update. I reinstalled the FS2020 and Navgraph HUB as well, but there’s same issue.

Please let me know how to fix this problem.

Can you confirm, that you have installed the latest PMDG version for the 737-800?

Hi, I installed the PMDG 737-800 last year and don’t know exactly that is the latest version.

The attached file is my order summary I installed the PMDG and still don’t know how to check my PMDG version.

Hi again,
I have removed your attachment due to security.

Please download and install the PMDG OC3. With this tool, you can update your PMDG aircraft very easily.

When you have updated, try to make the update again via the Navigraph Hub or the PMDG EFB. I’m pretty sure it works.
