Navdata format for PMDG-700 in MSFS2020

Hello,

Background and example information:

Questions:

  1. Is the Airac Navdata for MSFS PMDG-600 and -700 with PMDG’s newest Update the same format as in my example text file?
  2. If not a text file what type is it?
  3. Which editor is needed to Open it?
  4. What is the normal path to the Navigraph Navdata file?

I have purchased PMDG737-600 and -700 for MSFS2020.
I have already asked in the PMDG forum.

Hi,
The new modern format is no longer in a plain-text structure; it´s an SQLite database. This database should not be changed in any way—at least, we don´t support it. The database may not be changed or used for any other application without our permission, and there is a developer process here.

So, the question is, what do you need to add/change here?

Thank you,
Richard

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I do not want to edit the data.

I wanted to look at the format.

Lastly, when I use Navigraph HUB to install the Airac where is it installed to (folder / path) in MSFS2020?

I had a quick look and found this s3db in this path (screenshot).
Is this the one?

File sizs 171MB.
Is that less than the old text base Airac.
