Navdata Cycle 2411 error

Hello,
i download the new Airac Cycle today and tried to update Prosim737. But i get a Error in Prosim737 log file:

10/31/2024 11:47:11 AM ! Database:Error converting SQL Database: Not supported Speed Limit Description: @

It encrypted as of any reason, but it says something can not read in the Airac Cycle Database.

Then i switch back to Cycle 2410 and update Prosim737 Database again and it works.
So its not a Prosim issue, there is anything wrong in the Airac Cycle.

Can please anyone have a look at it ?

Thanks
Matthias

Hi Matthias,
Thank you very much for the report. We are in contact with ProSim. The @ and are valid values for speed and altitude descriptions, according the ARINC specification. Its also documented in our specification of this format but it looks that only is implemented in ProSim and therefore the issue.

We are working on a workaround to change the @ into a blank. Please be patience a little bit.

I keep this posting open and let you know when revision 2 is out.

Thanks again
Richard

Hi again Matthias,
I have created a workaround to fix this internal issue in the ProSim add-ons. Please re-install AIRAC 24011 with revision 2—it should be fixed now!

Please let me know if it´s done so that I can close this topic

Thank you, and have a nice day,
Richard

Hello,
thank you very much for your fast trying to solve the Problem.
But, i am sorry, it did not work.
It seams Prosim can also not handle a “space” iso of a “@”

Now i get a little differen Error in Prosims Log:

Just a proposel…you can download Prosim, and just start the Server, nothing else is needed.
Then you can see if it works.

Just a proposel
Matthias

Ps…i use Prosim737 ( Prosim737 2.24b1 and above )

Hi Matthias,
I have now changed the blank with a empty space. I have tested with the server version (thanks for the hint) and I don’t get any error message any longer. Can you confirm it?

Cheers
Richard

Matthias, we haven’t changed the revision, so it’s still rev 2 … We have only replaced the files. Thanks for testing and confirmation!

Hi,
is the airac 2411 rev 2 version available anywhere?

A320nx from fbw after the last update mcdu does not download the latest airac

No, it’s specific to the ProSim addon. All other databases are still on revision 1.

Regards,

Tim
