Nav Hub v1.2.24 Does Not Detect Add-On and Stuck Installing

I have the SAME exact problem as many do, stuck on installing and also does not see any of my add-ons like Fenix, Inibuild or even PMDG in community folder. Is there a fix for this yet? Im running 1.2.24. And yes i see those items in the programdata even though my installation is on the D drive. Im new to 2024, it has never worked right since the day in installed the hub on 2024 for the first time a week ago. Thanks

Can you send the Navigraph Hub logs, please.

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type %appdata%/navigraph-hub/logs and press enter
  3. In the Explorer window that opens, locate the main.log file
  4. Upload this file to your next post

Looking at this MalwareBytes is the problem?

Possibly, disable MalwareBytes and add Navigraph Hub (and its extraction path), and your MSFS community folder to the exception list.

See how the installation goes after that.

So what directories do i exclude, the ones for hub in appdata or the limitless & D drives?

Ok i whitelisted the executable nav.exe in C:\Users\Mikie\AppData\Local\Programs\navigraph-hub/* and uninstalled HUB then reinstalled it and now at least i see one plane. Shouldnt i be seeing 3? Pmdg, inibuild is missing.

You want to whitelist the folder rather than the executable. If the false positive is falling on the folder, the files being decompressed will instantly be quarantined by security.

Is PMDG supposed to show up here or does this look like its working now?

Yes, the latest versions of PMDG should show in the Navigraph Hub MSFS 2024 Installed in Sim section. You may need to scroll down to see them.

Try disabling your antivirus/firewall to test the download.

Thank you for the reply, at least i feel i have no been completely ignored.

This issue is unacceptable and so are the replies here. Just because it seems like Malwarebytes is at fault its probably not. I keep getting errors about downloading issues in the background, all day yesterday and all day today so far. So obviously something is still not working because i cannot see;

PMDG in the community2024 folder

Aerosoft in the community2024 folder

Should these be move to the community folder? What is the point of two folders anyway? Should both be in the community folder instead of the community2024 folder? Why are they they in 2024? Because when i installed them i thought everything was being placed in this folder. Its only after i installed Navigraph did i notice IT PUT EVERYTHING in the community folder not the community2024 folder.

Next … look at main.log i see this;

All i see today is;

[2026-09-03 06:41:41.454] [info] Update for version 1.2.24 is not available (latest version: 1.2.24, downgrade is disallowed).
[2026-09-03 06:51:41.345] [info] Checking for update

and there are 50 lines of it.

I asked previously, which folder needs to be whitelisted - NO ANSWER!

Yes, my installation is on D:/MSFS2024/* and not in the usual location any Hub cannot find this directory obviously because pmdg and aerosoft is not found.

I also looked at this post;

But did not find the solution.

i disabled Malwarebytes completely uninstalled Hub 1.2.4 reinstalled it. The issue is still there.

It seems Navigraph Hub is having difficulties locating folders on your machine.

Is MSFS 2024 installed to default location?

Have you changed any file/folders since installing MSFS 2024 ? Do you use Addon Linker?

Have you purchased PMDG directly from PMDG or via Marketplace?

For PMDG direct, the PMDG installer places their files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community
