Nav data can't update

Navigation Data General non MSFS data

Hi…
NAVI GRAPH NAVDATA CENTER shows EPERM error.
I have researched past post, so I tried install into default locations.
But any try didn’t work.
Not only I can’t update navdata, but all navdata that already installed has removed form my PC
So, now I don’t have any nave data on MSFS, CRJ and FenixA320
Why shows mkdir 'C error or What dose app has intended.
Any help

I solved my problem by erasing all the contents of the folder that “c:\user%username%\AppData\Local\Temp”.

I have the same basic issue that has been going on for two months.

I open the FMS DATA MANAGER to update all of the files required. One shows it is updated (SimToolkitPro) but everything else says “Ready to update”. I push the update button after all of the checkboxes are checked, and the circle denotes that it is checking and updating, but it continues to say “Ready to update”.

I am using Mac Mini M1.
