It seems that some airways will changed daily (ex: NATS or PACOTS ), is this the reason that Chart app doesn’t have it ?
Is there any ways to find daily changed routes for NATS, PACOTS ?

I am not aware of sites providing that information, but I imagine there are.
Our development plans are guided by the number of votes user give. You can see other items with votes at Wishlist - Navigraph.
Based on this your suggestion is likely to be quite a while before implementation. Our priorities do vary based on other factors too.
