Simlink’s connection isn’t aircraft-specific. Simlink sends the coords of your current aircraft to our servers. If you then run Navigraph Charts and display a map of your aircraft’s location, and select the moving map, you should see the magenta icon indicating your current location.

If still a problem, please send us Simlink logs, which are located in the %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.
