Moving map not loading on iOS

Description of the Issue

Hello,Moving maps are not working on the iOS app. I’ve tried different things like rebooting, reinstalling and logging out of my account. Sometimes it comes back for like three minutes but thereafter it’s gone again. Many thanks in advance.

Can you send us your Simlink logs please, follow the instructions below for this.

  1. Open Simlink
  2. Select the Logs tab
  3. Press the Open log folder button in the bottom right
  4. In the window that opens, find the latest modified file and upload it to your next post here.

Hi Gordon,

Will do that tomorrow, thanks. I just get a loading icon on the map in the iOS app. Doesn’t matter which map I use i.e. world map or IFR high/low.

Hello,

Apologies for the delay. Are you actually logged into Simlink with your Navigraph account? and have Simlink running on the same machine as the simulator is running on?

Yes Sim and Simlink are running on same pc and logged in as well.

Can you run the sim and make sure that Simlink is signed in and reporting its connection to the simulator, please.

The logs you supplied previously did not contain any useable data we can analyse.
