Hello!
I was attempting to create a flight with Sim Brief, and for some reason, OMAM - Al Dhafra Air Base is not on the list. The airport has taxiways, lines, and even buildings when using Navigraph Charts; however, there is no way I can plan a flight to this airport. Could this airport be added in the future?

This is a military-only airport, and we have such airports in our database. Sorry, but I don´t find it in our charts. Can you please post a screenshot of this airport from our charts app?

Hi Richard,
The airport is neither on Sim Brief or on Navigraph Charts when it comes to entering the ICAO code. When I type in OMAM, nothing comes up. However, if you find the airport on map geographically in Navigraph Charts, you can see it as I explained above. It is a few miles south OMAM, which, if you were to go south a bit, you can see the airport with visible taxiways, buildings, and runways created. But there is not associated airport code with the field. The nearest fix is MUSEN which you can see in the screenshot.
Ah, understood, thank you. We use OSM partly, so it could be possible to see such “ghost” airport diagrams.
We don’t have any information about military airports in our data; therefore, OMAM doesn’t exist in the data (nor in the charts, excluding as a picture).
