Missing NOTAM CYVR - Runway

I recently made a flightplan that included CYVR. I’ve been keeping an eye on the weather and looking at CFPS - Alphanumeric Weather Recall I noticed that they have a NOTAM (S3633/22 NOTAMR S3590/22) that describes the current runway conditions, that NOTAM is not present on any SIMBRIEF product.
