Missing charts at SPZO

Hello, I was flying to Spzo (Cusco peru) and noticed that, where you select the approach on the left hand column, it suggested me an rnav v for rwy 28. But I couldn’t find it on the charts and it seems missing. I saw also that the real flights on Flightradar were flying it.

Any idea? Thanks

Hello,

Can you give us some more information, please. Where was an RNAV V Rwy 28 suggested to you?

We have identified the issue and we are investigating.

So basically I use the iPad app navigraph as an “efb”. When I imported the flight plan, normally , the runways, stars and Sids are automatically shown on the left hand side "overview flight menu " (I would call that). Usually the approach is not shown and you can select it by pressing there (below the star). You press select and it shows you different approaches available for the airport (connecting the runway and the star). I pressed on that and it showed me the rnav V for rwy 28. But then (when you look at the charts of spzo) I couldn’t find this chart. So basically on the map I could see the routing of the procedure but the chart connected to it was missing.

Hey, just wanted to check if there are some news regarding the chart? Thank you

Hello,

This may fix itself with the upcoming AIRAC cycle (tomorrow). Lets wait and see.
