MCDU LVFR A321 and Asobo A320 export flight pllan not working properly

aving same issues again…asobo A320 and LVFR A321…tried to fly CYHZ to CYOW…completed flight plan on simbrief…exported to mcdu…created flight plan as CYHZ to PUPOV…i am using version 8.5

… what should we see on the screenshot (excl. the paddles). What do you mean with version 8.5?

Can you upload the flightplan here, that we can test to import it in the stock Asobo A320.

Thanks
Richard

Rhe screen shot shows the mcdu. It shows the incorrect route in top right hand corner.

I used sinbrief to generate the route. I put departing airport as CYHZ and destination as CYOW. I then hit generate and created the route. Everything was fine, even the import into charts.

I found if I typed cyhz/cyow into scratch pad and then put it into the route it will then correctly put CYOW as the destination.

Hi,
please avoid double postings in different topics. It is not helpful for our support - thank you …

To be clarify to reproduce the issue and to understand which steps you are made:

  1. You create a flightplan from CYHZ to CYOW in SimBrief:

  2. Generate the flightplan and download the flightplan in the MSFS A320neo v2 (I assume you use this aircraft):

  3. Start the MSFS and load the flightplan on the EFB directly in the A320neo v2
    Dashboard:

OFP:

  1. Than you check the FMS (MCDU → ATSU and check if your pilot-id is set correctly)
    image

  2. Than back to FMGC → INIT and press the INIT REQUEST

  3. I got exactly the flightplan what I have generated in Simbrief:
    image

  4. Press the F-PLN button and scroll thru the legs:

So, that´s my steps and it looks ok … please explain in detail, what steps you use + screenshots that we can try to reproduce it. It seems any fault on your side. Thank you!

Cheers,
Richard

Ok the issue I am having is with the Asobo A320 neo

I created flight plan in simbrief

Loaded into charts

Exported as active flight plan

This is end result…

In the flight plan KMKE is the first waypoint in the flight plan…not sure what I did wrong…

Chris

Hi Chris,
now I see your problem. The stock Asobo A320neo (not the v2 from Inibuilds) doesn´t use the Working-Title avionics and therefore this process is in-compatible and un-supported with our in-game charts. The only way to use the Asobo A320neo is, to export the flightplan in the MSFS format (direct from SimBrief) and load the exported flightplan directly in the MSFS (load in WorldMap).

The other option is, to use the A320neo v2 from IniBuilds - here you have a direct access to SimBrief via the EFB and you can load the flightplan directly in your FMS.

Hope that helps,
Richard

Thanks for the assistance. It is strange because it had been working fine.

No probs, possible there was an internal change with SU15 but this direct “transfer/load” of an flightplan was designed only against the WT avionics from day one on. The stock A320neo is one of the less stock aircrafts which doesn’t use the WT avionics and therefore this difference.

Cheers
Richard
