Map dont show, just spinning on my iPhone. Navigraph chart is perfekt on my iPads and pc. Not so on my iPhone. Have tried almost everything. Rebooting, reloading, deleted and reinstalled from AppStore, etc. The map is sometimes coming back but after a while the spinning wheel is back and no map. Please fix this.

As Charts works on iPad and PC, it is unlikely to be an account issue; more likely an issue on your iPhone.
Please advise which model iPhone, which version of iOS, and which version of Charts iOS.
Please disable any apps running on your iPhone that might be blocking connection to our servers, including VPN.
Try connecting to the internet using a different internet connection. e.g., hotspot from iPad. Also, try restarting your router.
On your browser on the iPhone, can you access charts.navigraph.com ?
