Hi, my location and navigation data do not appear on the Navigraph map. I have already confirmed that I have the same account and even the first 3 days the location triangle did appear. Currently, on Facebook, they told me to contact you to solve this problem.

Navigraph Simlink is alredy running on your computer
Firstly, open up Simlink and make extra sure the account in which you are logged in is correct. I know you mentioned you already did this but it would be handy to know that you signed out and in again with the confirmed account.
Next, make sure that the Simlink paths are correct in environment variables. In order to check these, please refer to this post No longer connecting with MSFS - #11 by vishalahir It will guide you through the process in order to check these settings.
Finally, once you confirm both the account and those environment variables, restart your computer and check Simlink again.
If you right mouse click on the Simlink icon, you get the option to sign out of Simlink. You can then sign in checking you are using the subscribed account details.
For the email you show, you have a valid Ultimate subscription (about to renew) which includes Charts and Moving Map. Make sure you log in with that email, as you also have another non subscribed account.
