hi the map globe not working when I click: nothing ;the same with the weather nothing using win 7 32 on networked pc

I am still not sure what you mean, but I will try to guess.

Globe mode

This map projection can be enabled from the settings page:

Is this what you mean?

Weather

What layers do you have enabled? Your screenshots indicate that you have 3 layers active. SIGWX is working fine for me when used separately - does that work for you too?

thanks to answer I go to setting click on globe no pic of the globe it stays mercator the same for weather for any layer no pic of any weather it stays on mapping it used to work before last update .by the way on the pc running the sim it works

I noticed on the pc running p3d the navigraph weather is working nice I noticed “mapbox” written on the the lower left of the screen ;I don’t have this on the other pc what does that mean?

This is interesting! I know what’s causing your issue now.

You are missing hardware acceleration. The app, for some reason, does not get access to run on your GPU! Does the computer you are using it on have a GPU? Does it work better if you use our website (charts.navigraph.com)?

Unfortunately, we do not support Windows 7 as per our technical specifications. This means that we can’t do much to help you. It should work though, so it is probably fixable somehow!

In order to tell whether or not you are running the app with the help of the GPU, you can look for the Mapbox logo in the corner! Additionally, the app is very laggy when running without the GPU, so that should be a hint too.

now It is clear for me .I am going to buy a new pc with a good graphic card and win 10 .the one I have to run your great software is too old
