Maddog not loading maps

I have a one year subscription but

fly the maddog md80 do not recognize my subscription.

Make extra sure you are signing into the correct account on the EFB. On the EFB, sign out the current account, and into your subscribed account.

may be my english is not so good, but as per screenshot, I have no choice to
do nothing. I have only one account and on others airplanes charts works good.
If I am connected with my Navigraph account during the flight nothing change.

Thats why I mentioned to sign out of the current session on the EFB in order to make absolutely sure you are signing into your subscribed account.

  • Sign out of the EFB
  • Go to your Navigraph account and remove the Maddog from the devices page
  • Go back to the EFB, sign back into your account
  • Re-authenticate the session

Also, make sure that the aircraft is fully updated.

You will need to authenticate the add-on in order for it to show up in that list.

Unfortunately I do not have the Maddog in order to show you exactly where, but it is very similar to the work flow of the PMDG EFB.

If no joy,

Please try

  • Close sim
  • Open Navigraph Hub
  • Sign out using right mouse on Hub icon in Windows systray
  • Sign back in with new account
  • Restart your sim + Maddog

Otherwise, Uninstall/Reinstall Maddog.

Hi Jan,

Following the attempt:

  • At https://navigraph.com/account/devices, sign out of all devices. - DONE -
  • Uninstall, re-download, and re-install Maddog. - DONE -
  • Quit Hub by Right-Clicking on Hub icon in Systray near Windows clock. - NO HUB FOUND IN SYSTRAY -
  • Restart Hub and sign into Hub - DONE -
  • Start MSFS 2024, choose aircraft not Madddog, the switch to Maddog. - DONE
  • In Maddog EFB use right mouse to select Charts. please sign in with email lofarovincenzo@gmail.com. - RIGHT MOUSE DO NOT WORK -
  • MANY ATTEMPT AFTER RIGHT MOUSE EFB PRESENTED QR CODE AND A LINK TO CONNECT.
  • CONNECTED TO THE LINK APPROVED THE MADDOG REQUEST.
  • MANY MANY SECONDS AFTER (AT RALLENTY) CHARTS ARE WORKING.
    THAT’S ALL FOLKS.
