I have a one year subscription but
fly the maddog md80 do not recognize my subscription.
Make extra sure you are signing into the correct account on the EFB. On the EFB, sign out the current account, and into your subscribed account.
may be my english is not so good, but as per screenshot, I have no choice to
do nothing. I have only one account and on others airplanes charts works good.
If I am connected with my Navigraph account during the flight nothing change.
Thats why I mentioned to sign out of the current session on the EFB in order to make absolutely sure you are signing into your subscribed account.
Also, make sure that the aircraft is fully updated.
You will need to authenticate the add-on in order for it to show up in that list.
Unfortunately I do not have the Maddog in order to show you exactly where, but it is very similar to the work flow of the PMDG EFB.
