MAC OS APP not "closing"?

It looks like this error has returned.
If i open the APP on mac and minimise then try to click on the try icon the app appears on the screen.
If I click on the close cross the app appears to minimise to try and shows still active (little dot under the icon) but when I click the icon in tray nothing happens. I then have to right click and close then re-open.

While I cannot reproduce the “nothing happens” part, I do get a white screen instead, which is not expected either. We shall look into it!

This has already been fixed internally and will be fixed in the next update of Charts!

Thank you. Tis happened once before and was fixed in an update. Seems to have resurfaced.

Indeed, as indicated in the topic linked to in the first post, I do seem to recall 8.31.0 fixing the issue:

…so it appears it was accidentally re-introduced in a subsequent update.

The resulting issue is quite similar, but the cause is quite different. Unfortunate nonetheless!
