Following recommandation from our side:
Please update your Navigraph-Installer to the current version (it´s beta 23) - follow exact these procedure please: FAQ - How to install/update the Navigraph Navdata Installer
… after that, please “re-organize” your scenery-file. Again follow exact these steps: FAQ - Scenery-File re-organisation / initialization
Both will help you in this case and should fix your issue.
