MFSF do not show/offer any procedures for airport Lugano - LSZA. I have version beta 19, AIRAC cycle 2101, rev. 1.

thanks for your report - but couldn´t reproduce because all procedures for LSZA are included:

IAP examples (via WorldMap):
Following recommandation from our side:
Please update your Navigraph-Installer to the current version (it´s beta 23) - follow exact these procedure please: FAQ - How to install/update the Navigraph Navdata Installer
… after that, please “re-organize” your scenery-file. Again follow exact these steps: FAQ - Scenery-File re-organisation / initialization
Both will help you in this case and should fix your issue.

I followed your instructions incl.deleting content file and it all works correctly now and I can see all SIDs/STARs.
