For the last few days the Navigraph “app” (or plugin) in the EFB in the Fenix A320 does resets the login. When I start MSFS 2024 and open the EFB while initializing my free flight I have to login into the app. I think it started after renewing the AIRAC this month.

Could you send us the logs from Simlink the next time you have a flight, please.
Also, it would be really good to confirm whether anti-virus could be affecting.

I have attached two simlink logs so you can compare, enable simlink log was disabled, i enabled it today. Please let me know if you need a new log.
Today I had to login again, its been like this since the latest AIRAC update.
I have made no changes with any anti-virus settings.

Attached you find a new log after re-installing Simlink, Navigraph Charts, Navigraph Hub and the Navigraph EFB Simbrief App. Again I was not logged in.

Thank you very much for that. We identified an issue where it could cause a loss of sign-in persistence. This fix will be deployed asap and I’ll post back here when its complete.
