I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to you as a subscriber to your unlimited plan, and I must confess myself rather perplexed by a matter that has recently come to light.
Despite having undertaken a fresh installation of the FMS Data Manager, I regret to inform you that I am unable to gain access to my account, whether by means of my registered email address or through the single-use password provided. I have, in good faith, already carried out a reinstallation of the software, yet the difficulty persists undiminished.
It may be of relevance to note that my annual subscription fee was duly settled on the 1st of August, 2026. I wonder, perchance, whether there exists any connection between this payment and the current impediment to my access.
I should be most grateful for your kind assistance in this matter, and I thank you in advance for your prompt attention to it.
I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your prompt response to my earlier inquiry. I should like to clarify that I wish to maintain only one account, specifically the one associated with this email address, from which the direct debit was duly deducted on the 1st of August. It is possible that the second account may be registered under a different email address, namely wohuebner@t-online.de. As this email address is no longer active, I would be grateful if you could kindly arrange for the deletion of the corresponding account.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm once the old account has been successfully removed. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.
To be sure you are using your subscribed account, in FMS Data Manager Settings page, Unregister Account, and log in again with your subscribed account details.
I hope this message finds you well. Just to confirm—yes, the old account has been successfully deleted. I have also removed the FMS Data Manager entirely and reinstalled it afresh under my current account. Upon launching the application, I entered my email address and the automatically generated password provided, only to be met immediately with the following error notification: *“E-mail or password incorrect.”*Might I kindly suggest that the account may require a reset on your end? I would be most grateful for your assistance in this matter.
