Location shown in Navigation Hub Devices

The location shown in my Navigation Hub Devices is being shown incorrectly. I currently see when querying devices:

Charts Android - okhttp 4.9.2
Unknown - Westminster, Greater London, United Kingdom
08 August 2025 12:36

My location is in Lincolnshire. Confirmed by querying my ip location.

This is very confusing and has led to me changing my account password several times. Is this normal, is it a problem with my isp (PlusNet) or is it a problem Navigraphs end?

Thank you for your help.

Hi,
What do you mean with the location in the Hub is incorrect? We don’t use any real time location in any app.

How have you traced your query?
What issue do you have now?

Cheers
Richard

Hi,

It’s the location shown on navigraph.com under the menu drop down Devices. This is showing locations that I am signed in at. Hope this explains better. Currently it appears that I’m signed into Navigraph charts in London. This made me suspect my password was compromised.

That location data can be very inaccurate. I regularly show mine as being 1000 kms from where I am. It is not a good indicator of being hacked.

Cheers

Ian

Ian,

Thank you for the reply. The location had always been showing as Grantham (14 miles away). Then I suddenly saw a location of Westminster, London. That is why I thought about a potential compromise.
