LiveTraffic in X-Plane 12

I noticed that if I select Flightradar24 Tracker in LiveTraffic settings in X-Plane 12, the selection gets removed with a notice that tells me no token is available and to authorize LiveTraffic with Navigraph. I’m not sure why I am getting this notice since I have a Navigraph unlimited paid subscription.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Re-authorize LiveTraffic using a valid Navigraph account in X-Plane 12, then navigate to Plugins > LiveTraffic.
  2. Make sure you have allowed LiveTraffic access to your Navigraph account.

  3. If you are using a VPN or proxy, disable it and try logging in again.
  4. If the login issue persists, try using a different network, such as a mobile hotspot.
  5. If the issue still occurs, check your X-Plane Log.txt file for any initialization errors related to LiveTraffic.xpl, and send us that log file along with a screenshot of the error.
