It seems, that the runways (visual approach) are mixed up. RWY 19 is 01 and 01 =19

what do you mean with “mixed up”? There is no visual approach available at LIRZ … and I´m honest I don´t know what you want to say with the screenshot. Can you please explain in more detail (like flightplan, procedure you have selected, …) … thank you!

sure. I#ll try. My englisch is not the best.
When I select at the G1000 visual approach for runway 19, I’m getting the heading for runway 01
or inverse.
The screenshot shows Visual Approach Runway 01
That approach is not in the Navigraph data, it must be generated automatically by your avionics (which apparently have a bug indeed).
