I noticed that in LIRP airport the GOVGO5A and C departures are wrongly routed via PIS VOR instead of PIS NDB. Can you please have a look at it?

Please be so kind and give us at least the addon and the sim, which you’re using here, than we can look deeper into it.
As a more or less generally answer to your question, the SID GOVG5 (A and C) is coded correctly via the PIS NDB.
