Lines under or above the altitude restrictions

Hi all, new to navigraph recently. What do the lines under the altitudes mean. Getting confused between, above, or below. Thanks

Hi,

• the line under the altitude = “at or above” altitude
  

• the line above the altitude = “at or below” altitude
  

• the line above and under with one altitude = “at” altitude
  

• the line above and under with two altitudes = “at or above to at or below” (read from bottom to top)
