This graphic problem is present in windows app only, using navigraph charts for android there is not this problem.

I can confirm this issue on both web, desktop and iOS. I have not yet tried Android, but I have analyzed the data and it is incorrect so there is no way that it shows up correctly on Android with the same cycle.
Here is what the procedure looks like in its most raw state:
