LFMN : FAP ILS Runway 04R isn't aligned on the localizer

Windows 11
MFS or X-Plane 12
Airac 2508 or before.
ToLiss A319 and Fenix A320

Approach ; ILS 04R Z course 041°, 2° offset with the runway.

The FAP isn’t on the localizer.

Hi,
This is correct - as you see on the charts, this is an offset approach. So, an expected result.

Cheers
Richard

I know that the approach has an offset. But the FAP should be on the localizer ! Not on the right side !

I fly on the real plane this approach quite often, even if we land mainly on 04L, and I can assure you that when I’m established on the localizer 04R, on course 041°, we overfly perfectly the FAP.

The Localizer alignment needs to be calculated by the data provider. Ideally the combination of full degree CRS value and declination results in the true tracks of the published final wpts. Then it would be aligned and matching what you see in the real aircraft.

So Navigraph could perhaps fix this in updating the IAF and the FAP according to the localizer course ?

No, sorry, that is not possible but we will report this to our data provider.

Cheers,
Richard
