I have taken lesson 4 exam a couple of time now and it has failed to register the climbing turns a number of times. Can you please check it and determine why it is not registering them.

I had a look at your results and saw that you passed on your last attempt.
The lesson contains quite a few flight maneuvers that are only registered when all criteria are met. For turns in climb, an IAS around 75 knots and bank about 20 degrees is required. It can be tricky and I’ll take it further internally since it’s not the first time that users may need several attempts to meet just part of the lesson.
