Hi,
I can’t figure out what i do wrong. I have many years in msfs so i know how to use it. I just finished Cross Country Navigation, but failed. In the report i was way to far from any waypoint and at 3000m far from LOWI airport, but on the flight i was spot on. Maybe is SU4 beta or because i used AP with imported FP (i have loaded FP from Navigraph Charts after i created it exactly like in the leasson using same coordinates for each waypoint.
Maybe i do something wrong, but i can’t see what.

Hi Gligom,

How many times did you attempt this lesson? We are looking into it now.

Hi,

Is ok now. Just once and now appears Passed so I am happy. After the short delay refreshed and now is ok. I don’t know why there are many attempts for this lesson.

Thank you
All the best
Claudiu

Hello,

Thanks a lot for the feedback, development made some adjustments to the code in order to fix this issue. I’m glad its working out for you.

I’m absolutely LOVING these classes. However in this class, I was confused at the explanation for setting the altimeter mentioned in this lesson (at 20:47). It stated if you’re not flying in real weather, it said to “go to the in-game weather panel and check the select pressure. Set this up on both altimeters”. But I don’t understand what number both altimeters are being set to. The numbers don’t correspond to the weather panel select number. This is an extremely rare instance of where a bit more explanation was needed.

Pressure can only be used in two formats, Inches of mercury (inHg) or millibars ¶. You can set the simulator to use the correct pressure format by checking the simulator settings (units of measurement)

As the video states, if you are using live weather, you can use the pressure noted in Navigraph Charts however if you are not using live weather, take the pressure setting from the in game panel.

Set both of these pressures on the G1000 panel and the standby altimeter, both have knobs that you can set this on.

I think I need a more detailed explanation of how to utilize all the capabilities of the Navigraph chart and how to integrate it into the G1000. Where can I find this information?

Thank you at all
