When being vectored onto the ILS for runway 06L at LEPA, I reduced speed to nearer VLS. Shortly afterwards, I was contacted by the VatSim controller, who instructed me to increase speed to 190kts as per the chart. I did as instructed and landed with no other issues. Afterwards, I looked at the chart (ILS Z Rwy 06L - LEPA) to see where the speed restrictions were annotated, however I could not see them anywhere. I looked at a similar chart for the same approach on a freeware site, and the speeds were clearly listed as follows:
UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY ATC, CROSS 12.0 DME ILS AT IAS 210 kt, 9.0 DME ILS AT IAS 190 kt, AND 4.0 DME ILS AT IAS 160 kt.
I am still learning these procedures and am by no means an expert, but try as I might, I cannot find the information above on the relevant Navigraph chart. Am I missing something?
