LEMD RBO 3V SID and fligh plan altitude

I am planning a flight from LEMD to LERJ the SID is the RBO 3V which has a requirement to be above 13000 feet at RBO VOR. I am flying the Cessna 210 Turbo. The SimBrief suggested flight plan is RBO3V RBO N867 GASMO T430 VABAR VABA1L. The altitude is set to Auto. When I click on Briefing Preview the TOC and Cruise altitude is 12000 feet. Why is SimBrief not planning a Cruise altitude that is above the 13000 feet restriction at RBO. Surely it should at least have me climb to at least 13000 feet in order to meet the SID requirements OR am I missing or not understanding something? Thanks

SID and STAR altitude constraints are not currently accounted for by Simbrief.

It should be noted that there is neither an IRL route nor a manually curated route for LEMD → LERJ, so Simbrief doesn’t actually “recommend” a route here, it merely gives you whatever route was last planned by another user for this airport combination (in dark gray, whereas “recommended” routes are usually “highlighted” in green or blue).

Regarding the LEMD LERJ route specifically, it seems the CFMU validator will accept filing RBO 3V with FL120, and the RBO → WUSHI airway segment has a lower limit of FL100 (but N867 from WUSHI onwards does have a minimum of FL120), so in this case the restriction might not be binding if your final cruise altitude is less than 13 thousand feet.

Thanks. for clearing that up. I did wonder if SID and STAR altitude constraints were not accounted for. I thought it was something I had done wrong.
