Fenix A320, LEIB ILS 06 Missed approach… see screen shots… Fenix issue, or NAV data issue?

Looks more like a Fenix issue, because when you compare the missed approach procedure in the charts with the leg page in the FMGS, you see that the sequence is correct.
D150I is the last “correct” waypoint on your ND. Then, according to the legs IBA163 (IBA on track 163), there is a vector. My personal assumption is that this can´t be really drawn perfectly because the last leg (IBA 163) ends in an “unknown” area, followed by a vector. Possible that this is the case here, but the leg itself (as you saw on your screenshots) is aligned with the missed approach procedure from the charts.
So, I don´t see any navdata issue here …
