Lates Charts updater doesn't work

I just received a notification to update my Navigraph Charts app. I clicked the Update button and nothing happened. I then quit and reopened the app and the same message popped up. I will try doing a fresh download to see if that fixes the problem.

We are so far not able to reproduce this issue. When you get that message, you should be able to just close the app and not immediately reopen it - it should try to update itself in the background.

Reinstalling the app should fix the issue as well, if a bit more inconvenient. Are you up and running again?

Yes, that was the first thing I did. The app is fine now and I see the “copy to clipboard” at the top.
