For some reason my Fenix A319 (American Airlines) is showing no sids for KMIA

Please check if you have the latest Fenix version installed. Further, please re-download/re-install the Fenix AIRAC cycle to avoid any bad downloads.
It should work; you should see all KMIA procedures.
