Since this morning when I click charts shortcut it keep re installing it before opening the charts I don’t think it did that before, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but keeps doing it.
It seems as if your shortcut is pointing to the Charts Desktop installer.

I uninstalled and reinstalled again, i found I had a few older versions so I deleted them seems to have done the trick.
Glad it is resolved.
