Keep Getting logged out of Simlink

Description of the Issue

Whenever I try to log into simlink, it logs me over straight away, checked the logs and it says ensure my date and time are correct. And they are correct and on auto. It has been working fine for months now and this issue came out of nowhere.

I have the same issue. I log on in the Browser and press “open application”. I get the “not updated for simulator…” message, but the moment I confirm it Simlink closes. I don’t see it in backround tasks anymore so I assume it fully crashed. When I open it again I need to log in again- same result. I’ve uninstalled it via Windows and re-downloaded, but nothing helped.

I do not use a VPN or Proxy. I have tried all advice available on the forum already.

I did log back into Simbrief and it remained logged on for 10 mins before logging me back out.

Not sure where this issue has come from as it has been working absolutely fine until a couple days ago.

Please check if any security or network applications might be blocking the Simlink application from connecting to the Navigraph server. If you continue to experience issues, try restarting your internet router or connecting through a different network, such as a mobile hotspot.

I tried it by using WLAN and it worked now. Let’s see what happens when I switch back to LAN
Edit: got logged out again^^ - not sure where to find my log.

yes, that was what I tried, as I didn’t have any other WLAN available. Sorry for being unclear

I have tried the above and still having the same issue.

Today though Simlink managed to stay logged in for 30 mins before logging me out.

Based on your account details, it appears that there are still some VPN or proxy settings enabled.

Please disable these settings and sign out of all applications from your account devices list at the following link: Navigraph.

After you have cleaned up your device list, please log back into all Navigraph applications and ensure that no VPN or proxy settings are enabled.

Sorry for asking, but Is that an answer for Michael or for me?

I don’t have any VPN and I don’t know what a proxy is. I didn’t change any settings and it worked until last week.

As of today it works for me normally like it did before
