The DME issue could be similar to your second report with KIAD and the missing GS:

Hi, I can confirm this issue, but after a few hours of analysis, I´m unsure where the problem is. The ILS is included for all other airports, too, so I´m not sure why this doesn´t work here (and also on your second report). I will continue to look deeper into it. I will keep this topic open until we have found an answer to why this happens only at a few stock airports. Thank you, Richard
