KCDW Airport Chart from 2025

The airport chart for KCDW is showing a date of April 11, 2025. Why is the chart over a year out of date?

Charts are updated when there is a change. You can see the last changes at the bottom of KCDW chart 10-9.

If you believe there have been changes requiring an update, please advise the AIP reference, and we can investigate further.

Thank you for the quick reply and clarification!

I’m getting back into the flight simulation world after a long hiatus and am new to Navigraph and a lot of the data sources available now.

I was unaware that Jeppesen charts are only updated when there is a change.

To make sure I understand fully, the FAA charts are just republished and the date is updated even when there is no change?

No probs. I can’t speak for the FAA charts. I guess the print always includes the effective date from the cycle on the charts, even when nothing has changed. So, for FAA, I guess you are right.

For Jeppesen, yes, even when something is changed, you see that on the effective date (the date on the top with the black box and the white letters).
