Issue with Navigraph Hub Not Recognizing My Account

Hello Navigraph Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the Navigraph Hub, where it does not recognize my account and keeps asking me to sign up again, even though I already have an active account.

In addition to that, I am also unable to log in on the Navigraph website using a computer or browser. The only way I can currently access my account is through the mobile app on my phone.

I am attaching a screenshot of the message/error I receive for your reference.
I currently use Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (MSFS 2020).

I have tried logging out and logging back in, but the issue persists. Could you please help me verify my account and resolve this login problem?
