Is there a problem with MSFS2020 AIRAC2505

I’ve updated my NavData to 2505 Rev1 this morning.

When I select a Gate or Runway at Heathrow (EGLL) in MSFS2020, I’m actually placed some distance from the location I select (about 100m to 200m) , E.g. at Terminal 5B, if I select a gate, I’m spawned in the middle of the terminal. If I select runway 27L I’m actually in the grass outside the airfield.

Has anyone else seen this?

Hi,
This is unlikely to relate to the AIRAC cycle because such data comes from the stock scenery (e.g., runways and gates). We don´t offer such data when the airport exists in the stock sim.

But I have tried it on my system and can´t reproduce it. I´m using MSFS2020, stock EGLL scenery, FBW A320 with AIRAC 2505 installed:

It´s on the GATE 544 at Terminal B:

Seems to be correct for me.

Cheers,
Richard

A post was split to a new topic: ZUCK and ZULS missing terminal procedures

Cheers,

There’s something odd going on at Heathrow. The only changes since it was working normally is the AIRAC update and iniBuild A350 has gone from 1.08 to 1.10

Hm, thanks, but both have nothing to do with the scenery - I have tried the same now with the Inibuilds A350 (latest version too):

… and when you remove the AIRAC cycle, is the positioning okay? I assume, you use the stock scenery and not a 3rd party scenery, right?

Cheers,
Richard

I’m using iniBuilds EGLL - but that hasn’t changed.

With Navigraph HUb - I can’t see a why to roll back to an earlier version of the AIRAC

Ok, I don´t have this scenery, so I can´t test it with it.

You can simply remove it and install it again after the tests. You don´t need any earlier version. When you remove it, the SIM uses the stock navigation data.

You can make a picture before (wrong position) and after (correct position—when the position is really correct).

Thank you,
Richard
