Ipad Issues with Charts

Hallo,

I have reported this earlier last year that my “moving plane” isn’t visible anymore and is disappearing under the plates and routes so it barley isn’t visible anymore. Up to now there is no update for IOS for this issue, is this correct? Will there be a update to fix this?

Second, I had to move to the online charts, but sinds the last update I get a regular all blue chart where only my triangle is visible with lots of water. I than have to reload the map and have to zoom an set my settings again, wich is getting annoying.

I would have rather a stable chart I can use eiter on my IOS or on the web, but both are not reliable at the moment. Is this being fixed in the near future?

Hi…,

Please ensure you are running Navigraph Charts for iOS V 8.40.1

Hi Ian,

many thanks for your reply. Not sure what you mean with IOS 8.40.1. I’m using an Ipad which has the latest IOS 26.2. This is for Ipad, Iphone and iMac. There is no 8.40.1, maybe you mean Android IOS?

Hi Chris,

You will see the Chart iOS version as follows:

If unclear, it’s best to remove Charts iOS from your iPad and reinstall it.
