I have installed Live Traffic on XP12. I have an unlimited subscription and have done so for a long time. When I try to authorize the Navigraph/Flight Radar feed it gives an ‘invalid token no Unlimited subscription’. I have tried multiple solutions like clearing caches, deleting the preference files but no joy. Any ideas? And yes I have checked my account and my subscription renewed in the past couple of months without issues. Windows 11 user. The activation part on the Navigraph end throws no issues
These are the lines from the log - note the 401 error

I’ve tried that before posting and it didn’t help. I will try again.
Tried again. No joy. My Navigraph account shows that ‘Live Traffic - Other’ is signed in but Live Traffic shows ‘Invalid Authorization failed: Invalid token (No unlimited subscription). Exactly the same.
I live in Colombia. There’s no way that the token process has any sort of location ban on it?
Quite strange indeed and no, we do not ban locations.
Can you confirm your system time is synchronised to the internet? Make sure both the time and date are sync’d. I would recommend testing this.
Checked the time, seemed fine but synched. No improvement. Experimented if it was a firewall issue. No improvement. Loaded Xplane with only live traffic active. No improvement. One thing I’ve noticed is that for a few seconds the message ‘device authorization successful’ shows then it reverts back to invalid. I guess at this point I give up, I’ve spent several hours on this and try again at some later time. Other than this I have no issues with my computer or xplane. My widows 11 has all the recent updates and I’m running the latest Xplane version (I am subscribed to the beta updates). I’m running a 4070 and getting FPS in the 60s plus and have not had any issues (crashes) in months. I do generally open Xplane using Xorganizer but I’ve also tested this running Xplane directly.
We are investigating.
Cheers
Ian
Hello! Thank you for the feedback!
We have confirmed that this is an issue on the addon side, LiveTraffic in this case. We will forward our findings to the developer and try to help in any way we can!
We’ll keep you posted!
Many thanks I will wait for a resolution
Hi @hartson , what operating system are you on? I would want to provide you with a beta version of LiveTraffic to try.
I use PC/Windows 11. Thanks
Please try the attached version. It only contains the Windows binary to be replaced in you installation in `…/LiveTraffic/win_x64`. I’m interested to hear if that worked…might warrant an emergency fix to the public.
BTW…there’s a Support Forum for LiveTraffic, where we tend to LiveTraffic issues directly.
LiveTraffic_4.6.1_win.zip (1.8 MB)
I can confirm problem is resolved. I went to the Navigraph forum as the issue appeared to be on their side, the token side
