When I updated to AIRAC2507 on iniA350, I got an error saying that the waypoint that should be on the airline could not be found. I can enter the default NAVDATA on ini350, so I think it’s a data error. Could you please check?
However, it is recognized by PMDG,A32NX,etc.

I´m pretty sure that this is an iniBuilds issue because the PMDG database is equal to the A350 database, so when you say it´s recognized by PMDG, FENIX, … but not on the iniBuild A350, it´s a clear signal for me that this has something to do with the addon.
I have checked your example Y10 and all waypoints are in the iniBuild A350 database. But to be 100% clear, please can you upload a complete flightplan, that I can check oneways or other restrictions?
